As we continue to expand, we are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help identify and engage potential Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, and Power Platform solutions clients, fostering relationships that lead to business growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a high-performing Sales Consultant to spearhead our growth in the KSA market. You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue by selling Microsoft Business Applications (ERP & CRM), with add-ons like AI, automation, and industry-specific business solutions.
This is not an inside sales desk job; you’ll be on the ground, in the boardroom, and on the move. The role requires over 70% travel within KSA, and is open to candidates based in Jordan or Saudi Arabia.
What You’ll Do- Own the sales cycle from prospecting to close, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP & CRM solutions.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored proposals that solve real business challenges.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and solution architects to ensure business fit.
- Stay ahead of the curve on Microsoft’s evolving ecosystem—especially Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities.
- Deliver high-impact presentations, demos, and ROI-focused conversations that win trust and close deals.
- Drive revenue growth in KSA, maintaining a healthy pipeline and exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications- 4–10+ years of experience in IT/solution sales, specifically in the Microsoft ecosystem (ERP/CRM required).
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, business applications, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record in B2B solution selling, preferably in the Gulf region.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to align technology with business value.
- Fluent in English and Arabic .
- Must be willing and able to travel 70%+ within Saudi Arabia.
